US Coast Guard releases OPV requirements

The US Coast Guard has sparked a series of proposals from the shipbuilding industry, having made public its initial requirements for a new Offshore Patrol Cutter programme.
The Acquisition Directorate published the draft technical package, with an order for industry interest to be registered by the end of April.
