The Refit Race Is On As Royal Navy Vessel HMS Edinburgh Rejoins the Fight

The UK Royal Navy's HMS Edinburgh has completed its £17.5m refit at Portsmouth Naval Base on the eve of the release of the nation's Strategic Defence Review. The vessel, known as the "Fortress of the Seas", is the largest of the fleet's Type 42 Destroyer class ships and was first launched in 1983.
