In this exclusive interview, Defence IQ's Richard de Silva had the opportunity to speak with Lieutenant Colonel Martin Gliniecki, Chief of Staff of the Counter-IED Branch at ISAF, about coalition counter-IED strategy in the Afghan theatre. They touch on issues in training ANSF to not only master a technical understanding of counter-IED tactics, but to also establish intelligence and administration facilities in Afghanistan to maintain the intensity of the fight after 2014.
