U.S. Army to keep armoured equipment on NATO's eastern border to counter Russian aggression

The head of the U.S. Army in Europe has elaborated on plans to keep armoured equipment on NATO's eastern border as a warning to Russia that forces will be ready to respond to further military aggression.
