Navistar slams brakes on $14 billion JLTV programme

Last week the U.S. Army chose the three finalists for its $14 billion Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) programme. AM General, Lockheed Martin and Oshkosh all made the cut. Following the decision, one of the three companies to lose out at the engineering, manufacturing and development (EMD) phase, Navistar, has submitted a protest with the Government Accountability Office requesting a review of the process.
