Air Commodore Mike Jenkins, ACOS A3/A5 Air Command, Royal Air Force gave a Keynote Address: The Royal Air Force and Small Precision Weapons.

He believes that security and defence are now interlocked. Of the weapons available to ISAF, JDAM was the weapon of choice. He noted that different fusing options are useful.
