Air Commodore Graham Wright is the former deputy director of the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance and spoke at Defence IQ's Cyber Warfare event in London. His comments last month openly challenged parochial divisions within government and industry regarding cyber attacks such as Stuxnet.
