This week the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress that it is exploring the sale of 60 PATRIOT Advanced Capability (PAC-3) Missiles to Kuwait. The deal is worth $4.2 billion with the associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support together with 20 launching stations and four radar systems.
