IBM Wins $16m U.S. Defense Contract

IBM has won a $16.14m contract from the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to provide electronic neuromorphic machine technology including hardware, architecture, simulation, and environment. Most of the work will be undertaken in San Jose, California.
