BAE Systems unveils step-change in night vision HMD technology

BAE Systems has unveiled a new Helmet-Mounted Display (HMD) with an integrated night vision camera to allow fighter pilots to see in the dark. The Striker II helmet was unveiled at the Farnborough Airshow, which features a display that projects mission critical information to the user on the visor, such as target data and co-ordinates of objects below.
