Military Aircraft availability is always a common target for the operators and industry communities, former ‘acceptable’ performance is not good enough anymore. Operational tempo is rapidly increasing month after month and the new geopolitical context, with existing and arising severe conflicts in Europe, Middle-East, and Asia Pacific, implies a necessary improvement with respect to customer support services and combat a/c fleet availability.
