Earlier this week, it was reported that computer viruses infected PCs at a German nuclear power plant, including systems that are used to model the movement of nuclear fuel rods. Power firm RWE said the infection posed no threat to the plant because its control systems were isolated from the internet, but the discovery has highlighted the threat malware poses to CNI, particularly those that are planted intentionally.
