BAE Systems and SAIC have been selected as the two finalists for the Marine Corps’ Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV), which is a next-generation 8x8 armoured vehicle to transport troops into battle from the shore. ACV will replace the ageing AAV-7A1 series amphibious assault vehicle.
