As we are now in the first week of a new financial year, is there any sign of new requirements being given approval? Although following the DSR it is quite apparent that funding for the armed services is limited, however there is a continued need for the MOD to bring into service new equipment or at least enhanced capability to existing equipment. Whilst I am sure UOR's are being managed is there evidence of other activity being authorised?
