India airlifts nurses out of Iraq following militant siege

The airlift operation to evacuate Indian citizens from Iraq continued this week when another 200 boarded a special charter flight out of Najaf on Iraq Airways.
The news comes after 183 Indian nationals were initially evacuated on Saturday, including 46 nurses that were held captive by ISIS militants in Tikrit city hospital.
