Nexter unveils new CAESAR artillery system

Nexter Systems exhibited a new variant of its CAESAR (CAmion Êquipê d'un Systeme d'ARtillerie) self-propelled artillery system mounted onto a modified Tatra Trucks T815-7 series 8x8 high-mobility heavy duty truck chassis during DSEI 2015 in London.
It is air-transportable by Airbus’s A400M Atlas, OJSC "Ilyushin Aviation Complex" IL-76MD/MF and Boeing’s C-17 Globemaster III long-range military transport aircraft.
