A "bomb-for-hire" group has been uncovered in the Philippines after a police operation led to one death and one arrest. Nadzir Pakasi Mongkas and Rahib Pelandoc Guialudin are suspected of being part of the Tamengkog Group, which is suspected of bomb-making and carrying out attacks in the Maguindanao region last month. The bomb attacks killed eight and wounded 40. The two were found with a significant arsenal of weapons and contraband, including a "full set of improvised explosive devices"....
