Australian Army to bolster its Bushmaster fleet
The Federal Government will buy another 214 new Bushmaster armoured vehicles, taking the Army's total fleet to more than 1,000.
Defence Materiel Minister Jason Clare says the new Bushmasters will save lives.
"These are lifesavers, these are the vehicles that have saved dozens of lives in Afghanistan," he said.
