In today’s highly mobile, globalised world, airports are at the frontline of the Middle East’s efforts to protect national security from the growing threats of terrorism, smuggling, illegal immigration and epidemic diseases. At the same time, they operate in an increasingly competitive industry as they strive to provide the most efficient and customer-centric experience for their passengers.
