From my days of dealing directly with the ISAF press office in Kabul, I can say that they significantly underrereport/downplay incidences like these. It is highly unusual to see two UAV mishaps in a week - even in Afghanistan. And there was another one last month. What's going on? Anybody on board here who wants to weigh in?
