Respected Sir,
I am Gomati Pratheb Gnanavel, currently doing Master of business administration in Germany. I am writing my Master thesis in a company called ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH. In my thesis, I am concentrating on the harbor, port protection and critical infrastructure protection across Middle east regions. I am particularly concentrating on Military harbors and ports, as my company products are military based. So, I would like ask a few questions to you. My questions are,
1) how to identify a Civil harbour and Military harbour ?
2) Who are responsible for port & harbor security?
3) who are the major stake holders?
I would be very helpful for me, if you could answer these questions.
