Hello, I have a question about EMP. I am doing a documentary about the dangers of different weapons, one of them being an EMP attack, and I have heard some say that one of the dangers of an EMP is that it allows enemies to invade the country. However, I'm really confused on how that would work. Say a foreign nation launched an EMP on a country, and the country is now without power. If the foreign nation invaded the country using submarines and military planes, would it be able to do so? If so, how would that be possible if the country they're invading has no power? Wouldn't the foreign nation's airplanes and submarines stop working as soon as they entered in the powerless country?
