Interview: French Naval E-2 training officer discusses challenges

In this interview, we speak with LCDR Stephane Aldaya, an E-2 training officer for the French Naval Aviation and one of the first French servicemen to enter the skies of Libya in 2011 at the start of the establishment of the no-fly zone. Before his presentation at the 2013 conference, Aldaya discusses where he sees the gaps in AEW&C equipment on the market, managing increasing volumes of data while in the air and training junior officers to adapt to the latest technology.
