Polish Tender for Lead-In Fighter Trainer

Poland’s Minstry of Defence is finalising detailed technical requirements for a lead-in fighter trainer to replace the air force’s TS-11 Iskras. Sixteen aircraft are to be acquired at a value of some $800 million and the selected type will be required to remain in service until at least 2030.
