The Pentagon, already seeking to keep F-35 Joint Strike Fighter costs from soaring sky high, has now put the entire fleet on the ground. The Department of Defense grounded all F-35's over the weekend, The Wall Street Journal reported, concerned over an engine oil leak that cut short a F-35 JSF flight on June 10.
