Czech Army to purchase Raven Miniature UAVs

The Czech MoD has announced plans to buy two RQ-11 MUAV systems, each comprising three aircraft and associated ground control and support equipment, at a value of $1.2 million. Intended to satisfy an urgent requirement to support Czech forces in Afghanistan, deliveries are expected by the end of November 2009.
