Brigadier General Kelly Thomas, US Army, is the Deputy Commanding General, Assistant Commandant, at the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence. In this keynote address from the UAV Summit 2010 produced by IDGA, he discusses a varied array of US Army Aviation developments. He also describes the full spectrum combat aviation brigade.
