French increase military airlift capabilities by taking delivery of first A400M

The first A400M has finally been delivered to France after 10 years of development and over 5,000 flight-test hours. The A400M Atlas – as it will be known to the French Air Force – will be followed by a further two later in 2013 after years of technical setbacks and delayed deliveries.
