Cyber law expert Professor Peter Sommer of the London School of Economics speaks with Defence IQ about how NATO will take on new cyber challenges. We also take this opportunity to fully dissect the Pentagon's 'missiles down chimneys' approach to cyber attacks on US property. Peter Sommer has examined the risk and has determined that the margins for error are larger than described and that the real answer may simply lie in establishing a system security baseline.
