Al-Qaeda has released what is believed to be the final audio message allegedly recorded by Osama bin Laden just before he was killed in a U.S. raid in Pakistan earlier this month.
In the recording, the former Al-Qaeda leader praised revolutions sweeping the Arab world, and expressed joy at the victory of uprisings in Egypt and Tunisia.
Bin Laden accused rulers of building themselves into idols and manipulating the media to stay in power.
Bin Laden backed efforts to topple more leaders in the Muslim world, calling on al Qaeda supporters to "set up an operations room that follows up events and works in parallel ... to save the people that are struggling to bring down their tyrants".
The 12-minute audio message was posted on jihadi websites.
Bin Laden was killed in a U.S. raid inside Pakistan on May 2.
