Ambassador Charles Ray is a former Foreign Service Officer and the former U.S. Ambassador to Zimbabwe (2009-2012), and Army veteran (1962-1982) during which time he saw service in the Vietnam War. Although his assignment to Harare ended in the summer of last year, he continues his work to help troops serving worldwide to make the journey home and will be speaking at JPR 2013.
