Crista-lynn ‘Rosie’ Ferguson, Director General Fighter Capability, is responsible to the Commander RCAF for preparing, operationalizing, and implementing all aspects of RCAF fighter capability, including current, interim, and future capabilities, as well as fighter-specific training, weapons, and infrastructure. A Royal Military College graduate, she served as a Marine Systems Engineering Officer in the RCN and later supported the UK Royal Navy in the private sector. Returning to Canada, she joined the public service, holding various technical and leadership roles, notably with the RCN Submarine Program, Naval Engineering School, DND Chief of Programme, Canadian Coast Guard, and Agriculture Canada.
