Australian Defence Advances Data Link Capabilities

Australia’s Network Centric Command and Control System (NC3S), termed Project Vigilare, continued to make giant steps in the past few weeks, according to Boeing.
The system has completed test trials in transmitting data with a Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) F/A-18 Hornet via Link 16 technology, and in operating its record and replay function. The development was announced by the air and defence company at the Dubai Airshow.
