Lieutenant Colonel Tord "Cluster" Aslaksen is the Project Manager for Training and Education of Norway’s F-35 Programme. He received his wings in 1993 and flew the F-16 until 2009, with 5 years spent working in the Fighter requirements branch for the Inspectorate of Flying in Norway.
