Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Transformation Government of Ukraine

Oksana Ferchuk was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization in July 2025, following roles as the Adviser to the Minister of Defence, Director of the postal operator Justin, and top executive at leading logistics and digital services. Oksana holds a specialist degree in Biology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and has since developed a career in digitalisation and defence.
