This interactive workshop immerses participants in a fast moving, hypothetical 48-hour crisis on NATO's Eastern Flank. Through scenario-based decision making, attendees will explore emergency response, escalation risks, and the challenges of interoperability in a high-pressure environment.

• Leverage simulation technology to immerse yourself in a hybrid conflict crisis scenario
• Adopting a dedicated, hypothetical role amongst your group, make critical decisions to mitigate escalation and maintain interoperability
• Participate in a moderator-led debrief sharing insights around strategic prioritisation, second-order effects, and decision challenges
