Taylor Frank currently serves as Executive Director, Strategy & Development for Boeing Defense, Space & Security’s Air Dominance division. Taylor’s portfolio responsibilities include Phantom Works and Air Dominance Proprietary Programs, MQ-25, F-15, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, T-7, and other related programs. In his current role, Taylor leads strategy development and execution, investment and technology planning, market analysis, inorganic and partnering activities, future production system planning, and special projects related to Air Dominance products and capabilities. Prior to his current role, Taylor was the strategy lead for the Bombers & Fighters division, which included T-7, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-15, B-52, B-1, and the Sensors & Special Programs organization. Taylor spent eight years co-managing a DC-based technology and cybersecurity firm before joining Boeing in 2019. While there, he worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Honeywell, IBM, and Xerox across a range of digital strategy, cybersecurity, and technical areas. He also actively participated in and shaped global internet policy development and governance processes. Taylor is a graduate of Georgetown University where he was a Division I athlete and obtained his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (top 5% of class). He is married, has two daughters, and lives in Arlington, VA.
