Ryan Tseng is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Shield AI. He is responsible for driving long-term vision, shaping corporate priorities, and guiding the company's positioning at the intersection of autonomy, national security, and emerging technology. He previously served as CEO, guiding the company from inception to becoming one of the most impactful defense technology companies of its generation. Under Ryan’s leadership as CEO, Shield AI raised over a billion dollars, grew to 1,000 teammates, and became the fourth multi-billion-dollar defense technology company. Prior to Shield AI, Ryan was the founder, CEO, and CTO of WiPower, a wireless charging company acquired by Qualcomm. He holds more than 20 patents, and his technical works have been cited more than 2,000 times. Ryan is a graduate of MIT and the University of Florida.
