Ron Henry

Executive Director BD & Strategy, Mobility Surveillance and Bombers Boeing Defense, Space & Security

Ron Henry is the Director of Business Development & Strategy for Airborne Battle Management / Command and Control portfolio capabilities within Boeing's Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers division. He is responsible for leading a team in the development of strategy, functional support and sales campaigns for international/domestic business. Prior to joining Boeing, Henry served as Director, Strategy and Investments within Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, where he was responsible for strategic investments supporting business areas including Air Superiority, Strike, Electronic Warfare, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Airborne Battle Management. Henry served in the United States Air Force and held a variety of positions including USAF Weapons School Instructor, Headquarters Air Combat Command Requirements Manager, Headquarters Air Force Capability Requirements Chief, Joint Chiefs of Staff Branch Chief and Functional Representative to the Joint Requirements Oversight Council, as well as a flying Operations Group Commander. A distinguished graduate from the USAF Weapons School, he also attended the United States Army Command General Staff College and industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University.
