CEO Eurofighter Typhoon

Jorge joined Eurofighter as CEO in January 2025. He leads the Company - which oversees the Eurofighter programme on behalf of industry - as a member of the Board of Management (BoM), and is the Spanish Director representing Airbus. The Eurofighter Typhoon programme brings together the brightest minds in European aerospace in order to provide a world class weapon system and maintain European security and sovereignty. Jorge has more than two decades of aerospace industry experience, having started his career at Airbus (then EADS), before progressing to hold several international executive roles at Airbus Defence & Space. Prior to joining Eurofighter, he led the Airbus C295 India Programme in India.
