As Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Skunk Works® , Jeff “Cobra” Harrigian leads a team charged with ensuring growth and securing new business across the Skunk Works portfolio domestically and internationally. Cobra is a retired General with a distinguished 37-year career in the United States Air Force (USAF) that culminated with him serving as commander, U.S. Air Forces Europe, Africa, Allied Air Command (NATO). Prior to that he was commander, U.S. Air Forces Central Command responsible for air operations across the Middle East. Over his USAF career Cobra served in key positions as deputy director for Strategy and Plans, U.S. Forces – Iraq, deputy for Operations at Central Command and Headquarters Air Force, first director of the F-35 Integration Office, and chief of the Joint Exercise Division at NATO’s Joint Warfare Center. He flew the F-22, F-15C, A/OA-37 and MQ-1. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the United States Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
