As Vice President of Strategic Campaigns for Aeronautics Strategy & Business Development, he leads an integrated, cross-enterprise team to develop and execute business opportunities using a OneLM approach. Cobra retired as a General after a 37-year career that culminated as commander, USAF Europe, Africa and Allied Air Command (NATO). He also served as commander, USAF Central Command, responsible for Air Operations across the Middle East. Key positions: deputy for Strategy and Plans U.S. Forces-Iraq, deputy for Operations at Central Command and Headquarters Air Force, first director of the F-35 Integration Office and chief, Joint Exercise Division at NATO's Joint Warfare Center. Cobra flew the F-22, F-15C, A/OA-37 and MQ-1. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the USAF Academy and a master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
