Chief Engineering & Operations Officer Eurofighter

Cristiano joined Eurofighter as Chief Engineering & Operations Officer, and a member of the company's Board of Directors, in January 2025. He leads the Directorate responsible for the overall integration and management of engineering, supply chain, production, capabilities embodiment and support service activities to ensure the successful delivery and support of the Eurofighter Typhoon fighter aircraft through the full life cycle. Cristiano brings extensive experience from Leonardo S.p.A., where he held several senior roles in engineering and innovation, his most recent as Senior Vice President Engineering in Leonardo Aircraft Division leading a 1,700-strong team across multiple sites, overseeing cutting-edge programmes and fostering international partnerships in military and commercial aviation.
