Colonel Cummings is the Division Chief for Autonomous Collaborative Platforms at Air Combat Command. He leads a team responsible for requirements, resourcing and fielding of Collaborative Combat Aircraft for the USAF. Colonel Cummings is an F-22 command pilot with over 18 years of operational experience in the F-22 and F-15C.
