Beth Parcella

Beth Parcella is the Vice President for Strategy and Business Development for Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics business area, a $25 billion enterprise employing approximately 30,000 people. She is responsible for leading business strategy, new business capture, technology investments, and managing relationships with global customers across the Aeronautics portfolio, including F-35, F-22, F-16, C-130 and Advanced Development Programs, also known as Skunk Works®. Prior to this assignment, Beth served as the Vice President for Strategy & Business Development supporting Sikorsky, responsible for business strategy, new business capture, technology investments, and managing relationships with global customers across a diverse portfolio of rotary wing capabilities. Beth has also served as the head of strategy and business development for Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. IWSS programs support all branches of the U.S. armed forces in more than 40 countries and include the Aegis Combat System, the Littoral Combat Ship, and sea-based missile defense and radar programs. Formerly, Beth served as the Vice President of Strategy, Business Development Operations and Capture Excellence for RMS. In this capacity Beth was responsible for business strategy development for the RMS business area, market and industry analysis, portfolio shaping, mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring business capture process excellence. Earlier in Beth's career, Beth served as the Director of Business Development for Heavy Lift International at Sikorsky, responsible for all aspects of establishing a viable heavy lift franchise. Beth also held a role responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and industrial cooperation/offset activity across Sikorsky. Beth joined Sikorsky in 2011 as the General Counsel for Sikorsky's military aftermarket business. Before joining Sikorsky, Beth was an attorney at Wiggin and Dana, LLP focusing on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and debt and private equity finance. Beth began her career at CEB, Inc. (acquired by Gartner), a member- based advisory firm, where she was a director of client services for programs that at the time served more than 400 Fortune 500 CFOs and 350 Fortune 500 corporate strategy heads. Beth holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
