Brigadier (retd.) Ian Cameron-Mowat

Former Head of Force Protection DE&S

A graduate of Glasgow and Moscow State Universities, Ian Cameron-Mowat joined the British Army’s Royal Corps of Signals in 1983 and served in a range of operational, command and technical appointments up to the rank of brigadier. His particular background is in intelligence and C5ISR, and UK counter-IED programmes worldwide. Ian is now a senior consultant with a track record of helping clients to deliver complex, innovative and high impact technology projects in the Defence and Security sectors. He also serves as a conference chairman and panel moderator across survivability, autonomy, counter-UAS, counter-IED and robotics.
