Operations and Integration Division Chief The Joint Staff

Lt Col Kevin J. Grenier serves as the Chief, Operations and Integration Division, ISR Operations Directorate, Joint Staff at Pentagon, Washington D.C. He leads a twelve member Joint team of officer and enlisted military Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter experts who coordinate with Combatant Command, Allies, and Partners on collection requirements, authorizations, and operations. The Division serves as the focal point for daily situational awareness of worldwide airborne ISR operations. His team fuses intelligence with rapid product development to inform CJCS, SECDEF, and POTUS on ISR operations with National Security impacts.


Lt Col Grenier graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2005, and earned his pilot wings at Vance AFB, Oklahoma. After earning his wings he became qualified in the C-5, MQ-1, and MQ-9 and accrued over 5,300 flight hours. He has deployed twice: once to the CAOC and served as C-130 Executions Officer, and also as Director of Operations for a deployed Launch-and-Recovery Squadron supporting Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to his current position, Lt Col Grenier was the Commander, 15th Attack Squadron, Creech AFB, Nevada.
