Allan McLeod
Life Cycle Management Director NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA)Allan McLeod joined the NATO Support and Procurement Agency in 2018 and became Director of Life Cycle Management in January 2021, following his role as Deputy Director Support to Operations. He previously served 33 years in the British Army, retiring as a Brigadier, with extensive experience as a logistician and strategic planner. His career included senior staff and command roles across Europe and numerous deployments, including Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait and Afghanistan. He also spent nearly a decade in the NATO Force Structure and taught at the UK Joint Staff College. Allan holds degrees in History, Politics, Defence Technology and International Relations, and has a strong interest in sport and classic cars.
