Cyril Heckel is currently the Next Generation Rotorcraft Capability (NGRC) Programme Manager for its Concept Stage at NSPA. He has been working within international defense programme environment for the last 19 years, operating 7 years at OCCAR and the last 5 years at NSPA. He concluded his 23-year Naval officer career in 2018 where he served on several operational units between 1997 and 2002 before directing his career towards Naval Programme Management. He was graduated from the Naval Academy in 1998, from SUPELEC engineering school in 2004 and from the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program in 2018. He has extensive experience in leading high-level performance teams for defense armament Programmes and he strongly supports dedication to customers’ satisfaction.
