Senior Pilot Inspector, Main Directorate for Aviation Capability Development Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

Colonel Solovyov has 20 years of experience in military aviation. He is a TR(H)/NVG/SAR/tactics instructor and has held leadership positions in aviation units. He is also an SMS Manager and has been awarded the title Hero of Ukraine.
