Brigadier General Fabrice Talarico

Deputy Commander French Army Aviation

Qualified as a helicopter team and squadron leader on scout and attack helicopter Gazelle, Brigadier General Talarico served during the first part of his operational career at the 1st Combat Helicopter Regiment of Phalsbourg and at the 4th Airmobile Brigade. Brigadier General Talarico followed the ex-perimental flight test engineering course at the EPNER school and the French War College course. Af-terwards, he held various positions linked to weapons programs within the technical section of the Ar-my (STAT) and in the Army general staff. He commanded the STAT aeromobility group in Valence from 2013 to 2015. After serving at the Defense Innovation Agency, when it was created in 2018 as head of open innovation, he joined the command of the Army Aviation in 2020 as chief of staff. Since 2022, he has been deputy to the general commanding the French Army Aviation.
